My approach to psychotherapy with adults is and eclectic one. I first evaluate the desires and needs of the person. I largely work in what is considered psychodynamic and relational, but as needed integrate cognitive and systems ideas, Buddhist (Zen) concepts, mindfulness and meditation. I always work from a base of profound consideration of the person and draw from humanistic, existential and positive psychology traditions.
